I truly believe that we can influence people through breath. It can be more than simply breath work - through breath, you can experience yourself and see the world in a more gentle way. I help people find healing, regulation, and calm through Breath-Body-Mind practices.

Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) practices include breathing, gentle movement and visualization. It is a healing treatment intervention that provides impactful improvement to health and well-being. It has particularly significant effects in relieving stress and symptoms of anxiety and mood disorders. It also aids in reducing PTSD symptoms, emotional resilience building and restoring healthy relationships.
