1-on-1 Breath Coach Sessions
Personalized support for your breath, body & mind
Give yourself the chance to let go of your stress and relax your body and mind as I guide you through a balancing breath session via Zoom. Harnessing the power of your breath, I will show you that you can feel calmer, clearer and more present, just as you are.
These sessions are an invitation to slow down and tune in. Whether you’re seeking relief from panic, burnout, or emotional overwhelm, our time together is a safe, guided space where you can reconnect with the healing rhythm of your breath. My 1-on-1 sessions include:

A focus on recognizing when and how to regulate your nervous system
