Hi, I'm Nurse G!

I am Gershon Braun, an integrative health RN and Breath-Body-Mind certified instructor. When I'm not listening to or playing music as a professional drummer and guitarist, I dedicate my time to sharing breathwork, practicing self-compassion, embracing food as medicine, and reflecting on the Humor in the Divine. For me, exploring the healing power of the breath has been a profound personal journey. It is from this deeply personal experience that I offer breathwork as a form of medicine for the body, mind & soul.
